Ingredients

  • Water
    Water3 cups
  • Sugar
    Sugar1 cup
  • Cloves
    Cloves12
  • Cinnamon
    Cinnamon2
  • Lemon peel
    Lemon peel1
  • Red wine
    Red wine750 ml
  • Brandy
    Brandy1/4 cup

Instructions

Simmer 3 cups water with, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and lemon peel in a stainless steel pot for 10 minutes. Add wine heat to a "coffee temperature" (DO NOT BOIL) then add the brandy.
